Online psychotherapy and counseling (via Skype) concerns those who
- find it difficult to be physically present at the psychotherapist’s office (either due to long distance or due to mobility problems)
- have limited time to spend to go to therapy (due to work, parenting obligations etc)
- have speech and hearing difficulties.
It is necessary that you have a camera, a speaker/ headset and a microphone (usually in-built in modern laptops), internet connection as well as a Skype account (if not, click on the following link to download skype https://www.skype.com/)
At first you have to contact us via phone call or e-mail so we can take some first information about you, inform you about the cost and terms of payment for the sessions and schedule our first online appointment. The sessions’ duration is 50-60 minutes and the frequency varies and depends on the client’s needs.
